The cycling season is off to a great start for our testimonials. Among the juniors, victory for Luca Giaimi of the Giorgi Brothers Team and 3rd place for Filip Gruszczynski of the Energy Team in the Tecnomeccanica Trophy, held in Volta Mantovana on Sunday 5 March. Giaimi then replied in a great way yesterday in the Versilia time trial in Lido di Camaiore, a race on the same roads of the Tirreno-Adriatico as the professionals. The strong Ligurian runner covered the 11.5 km at over 48 km/h on average! On Saturday 4 March, among the amateurs, it was Anders Foldager (Team Biesse Carrera) who raised his arms to the sky in the Polese memorial in Santa Maria di Piave (Treviso). Beautiful success on Sunday for the junior Riccardo Giuliano of Team Energy who, waiting for his debut on the road, became the Italian Duathlon champion (running and mtb).
