Hai voglia di presentarti a tutti noi?
Buongiorno a tutti gli amici di @saliceocchiali, mi chiamo Riccardo Costelli , sono nato a Torino il 27 dicembre 1978, sono laureato SUISM e sono docente di S.C. Motorie e sportive in un Liceo di Torino. Sono uno sportivo multitasking ma prediligo Ciclismo, Triathlon, Tennis e Padel.

Ci dici quali sono la tua più grande qualità ed il tuo più grande difetto?
Credo che le mie più grandi qualità siano la grinta e la resilienza; il difetto la ricerca quasi maniacale nella preparazione / gestione del materiale di gara e una certa dose di scaramanzia, quasi un rito, nell’indossare o posizionare l’attrezzatura che può sottrarre energie sopratutto mentali alla gara.

Qual è stato il momento più buio della tua carriera?
Nella carriera di uno sportivo ci sono alti e bassi e questo fa parte del gioco, sicuramente gli infortuni ed in particolare la rottura del tendine ulnare nel 2017 con relativa rinuncia ad alcune gare importanti: è stato un momento per me molto difficile.

Quale è stato il momento più brillante della tua carriera?
Per ciò che riguarda i momenti di spicco della mia carriera posso elencarne 3, tutti ben impressi nella mente. Il contest di Deejay Training Center con la partecipazione all’IM di Mallorca del 2019, la medaglia d’argento nei 400 mt ai campionati italiani master di atletica leggera del 2020 e la Nova Eroica di Buonconvento con l’arrivo a braccia alzate nel percorso corto.

Quale è stato il momento più divertente della tua carriera?
Tra i momenti più divertenti annovero sicuramente, nel corso dell’IM di Mallorca durante la terza frazione di corsa che costeggia la spiaggia di Alcudia, il ricordo di mio figlio Luca e la mia compagna Elisa che mi affiancano sulla spiaggia per brevi tratti improvvisando coreografie e cori: un momento che attendevo con ansia ad ogni giro per ridere con loro ed avere una spinta in più!

Quali sono i consigli che daresti ad un giovane che intende seguire i tuoi passi sotto il punto di vista della tua carriera sportiva?
Essendo docente di Scienze Motorie mi confronto spesso con giovani atleti che vogliono intraprendere una carriera agonistica o praticano già sport ad alto livello. Il mio consiglio è sempre quello di gestire al meglio il loro tempo di allenamento, lavorando con grande intensità e concentrazione per tutto il periodo in cui sono in bici, piuttosto che in pista o sul campo, lasciando la mente sgombra da altri pensieri, salvo poi potersi rilassare successivamente nel tempo libero com’è giusto per la loro età.

Spostiamo le lancette dell'orologio in avanti di 10 anni: chi sarai? Cosa starai facendo? In che veste ti immagini?
Tra 10 anni, mi immagino ancora impegnato in nuove sfide personali da over 50 come un IM extra europeo, la maratona di NY o gli European Master Games che ho saltato a Torino per la concomitanza con la preparazione dell’IM di Mallorca, o ancora qualche evento di Padel in location stimolanti e poi come supporto allround per mio figlio che sta intraprendendo la strada agonistica nel tennis.

Ti và di condividere con noi il tuo più grande sogno a livello sportivo e a livello personale?
Tra i sogni nel cassetto a livello agonistico sarebbe fantastico partecipare tra i master ad una classica del Nord come la Parigi - Roubaix o ad un IM negli USA come quello della California, particolarmente adatto alle mie caratteristiche.

9. Quale è il tuo articolo preferito di Salice? Ci spieghi il perché di questa preferenza?
Il mio articolo preferito sono gli occhiali 022 con lenti RWX in abbinata con il casco Vento, da usare con la road Bike o con la gravel aerodinamicità e protezione al top, anche se gli 025 che uso per le gare in pista di atletica sono un must per leggerezza quando i centesimi fanno la differenza. In campo per i tornei estivi di padel all’aperto in cui una visione allround è fondamentale, gli 029 con la loro copertura wide e la leggerezza sono ottimi.

RACE HELMET

RACE helmet by Salice Occhiali was created with the aim of accompanying the most demanding skiers during their competitions at an international level. This is demonstrated by testimonials such as Simone Deromedis, athlete of the Italian national team who competes in the Skicross World Cup and Andrey Drukarov, Lithuanian alpine skier who competes in the World Cup in super-giant slalom, giant slalom and special slalom. As its name suggests, “RACE” helmet is a model dedicated to performance and its certifications also demonstrate this: EN 1077: 2007 with the highest protection class A, the American ASTM F 2040-2011 and that linked to federation FIS RH 201. The RACE helmet - on which it is possible to affix the chin guard and there are six air vents, 4 at the top and 2 at the rear - is made with an ABS shell, a particularly rigid and resistant thermoplastic polymer which is combined with the internal part in EPS, an expanded plastic capable of absorbing impacts finished with padding in hypoallergenic and antibacterial material. Salice created this model in four sizes: S (56 cm), M (58cm), L (60cm), XL (61cm). The chin strap is equipped with a micrometric buckle covered with a comfortable and soft tab. Externally the RACE helmet features the Salice writing on the top part of the shell, a thin Italian flag on the front and rear. 107 SKI GOGGLE

The 107 model is the novelty for the 2024/25 season with which Salice Occhiali is aimed at Junior skiers: its dimensions are in fact intermediate between the goggles aimed at smaller skiers and those designed for adults, making it perfect for teenagers or for those who have a small face. It is appreciated for its compactness and clean aesthetics with its full-mask cylindrical lens that hides the soft three-layer foam of the hypoallergenic velvet facial support. The 40 mm high elastic with non-slip silicone is then equipped with double adjustment and is offered with new colours. In the 24/25 season the choice of this detail is therefore expanded, benefiting from bands with the black SALICE writing on the tertiary green background or with fuchsia SALICE written on a black background. The 107 mask is compatible with our helmets in the catalogue, as well as with most helmets from other brands on the market. Regarding the lenses, there are numerous possibilities of choice: in its standard version, the mask is fitted with a double mirrored RW lens (DARWF - cat S3) by ZEISS in polycarbonate with 400 nm UV protection, anti-scratch and anti-fog, which reduces the reflected rays of the light and increases filtering properties. Alternatively, you can choose a Double Lens (DAF) amber (cat S1), orange (cast S2) or transparent (cat S0). Further lenses available are the RW Clear (cat S1), Radium (cat S2), the CRX Polarflex (photochromic - polarized cat S2/S3) and the Quattro (cat S4)

106 SKI GOGGLE

With the 106 model Salice Occhiali introduces the concept of magnetic lens attachment. 8 magnets are housed in the frame of the mask as well as in the lens so that the lens can be change quickly and easily. It will be enough to present the optical screen a few millimeters from the body of the mask to appreciate the work of the magnets, their tightness and the absolute stability of this technology. On an aesthetic level, the 106 model is equipped with a cylindrical lens where the writing Salice appears in the lower right part with the usual company font: a lens that completely hides the soft three-layer foam of the hypoallergenic velvet facial support, making it a mask essential and aesthetically clean. The 40 mm high elastic with non-slip silicone is then equipped with double adjustment and is offered with new colours. Quattro lenses

Quattro lens is developed for the mountain, with top protection cat. 4. The basic colour, a special smoke shade, is developed to reach a relaxing effect with highly reflective surfaces (snow and ice). The front mirroring aims at reducing the glare.

High Contrast (HC) lenses

The light that filters in the human eye is divided into visible spectrum, in wavelengths between 380 and 780 nm, and non-visible spectrum, which includes light in the ultraviolet (UV light) field and in the infrared field (IR light). The blue light component between 380 and 500 nm is also known as High-Energy Visible light (HEV). HEV light lenses create a “feel” due to the effect of the elements and oxides used in the colour dyes and coatings. This treatment stimulates the receptor cells on the retina creating a brain experience sensation from each specific lens colour. Colours are seen as “pop” thus making the perfect solution for any particular lifestyle. Red, green, and yellow colours seep in resulting in improved contrast, a better separation of colours, and a higher sense of depth. The results are faster reactions and better performances.
